• Blood draws 8am-5pm flat fee $40.00 (Moses Lake)
• Same day Service (Stat Orders) – $120.00
• Travel to Warden, Ephrata, Othello $65.00
• Travel to any other location than listed above requires addition mileage $0.70 per mile.
